What 'printed to order' means for delivery

We do not hold printed stock. Your shirt is printed after you order, which changes how delivery works.

The two clocks

There are two separate waits: production and transit. Production is the time to print your specific garment. Transit is the courier's time to you.

Our target

Dispatch target is three working days from order. Weekends and public holidays are not working days. During a new design launch, production can queue; we would rather tell you than let you guess.

Transit

Within Peninsular Malaysia, courier transit is typically one to three working days after dispatch. Sabah and Sarawak take longer. You receive tracking when the parcel is handed to the courier.

Why we do it this way

Made-to-order keeps us from holding sizes nobody buys, which is why we can offer XS to 6XL across the range rather than only the middle sizes. The trade-off is that a shirt is not sitting on a shelf waiting for you.

If something runs late

Message us with your order number. We will tell you where the garment actually is, not where it should be.
